Download your current backup first if you want to keep it.
Your saved plan needs attention.
It could not be read. It has not been overwritten. Download the original save before starting again.
After work.
Start one thing.
For the thing you keep meaning to do after work. Name what you will open, choose a first action and keep a place to return. A smaller start or a deliberate rest is always an option.

Make the start clear.
One activity and the actual material you'll open.
Use the size that fits.
A short session, a smaller action, or a deliberate rest.
Leave a way back.
Your next action is waiting when you return.
A little time.
For your own thing.
Make a little room
for this.
Read your first action. Start the session when you're ready to do it.

Keep a copy & return easily
Bookmark this page, or use your browser's Add to Home Screen option. That creates a shortcut, not a live widget.
The text plan is readable anywhere. The backup restores your plan, next action and recent check-ins in this tool. Clearing browser data removes the saved copy.
Keep these details in your notes if downloads do not work in this browser. This text is a readable copy; use the JSON backup to restore check-ins and an unfinished session.
My recent check-ins
What you reported, including chosen rest. No streak to protect.
Give this start
a place in your week.
The free Momentum Weekly Planner for Notion helps you fit actions around the time you have. Bring this same start with you.
A free Notion account is needed. Gumroad asks for an email to deliver it; newsletter signup is optional.
Take my action into the planner
- In your copy of the Weekly Planner, press Start this week and set Available hours.
- Open the week and press New in its task list. Copy these details into the matching task properties.
- Set Planned day to a day you can use. When that day arrives, open Today and do the First step.
The estimate is for one session. This is a manual transfer; the two tools do not sync. A free Notion account is needed for the planner. After Work stays useful on its own.
The timer is optional structure. You can finish early. Time passing does not mark an action done.
