Leave yourself a place to begin.
You close your course after a long day. Tomorrow, opening it means deciding where you stopped all over again.
Before you close it, write one physical next action: "Open Unit 4, question 12. Read the explanation and write what I missed."
For a tired evening, make it smaller: "Open question 12 and read what it asks." You can stop there.
Where it falls short
A clear start does not create energy or spare time. Rest or a different day may fit better. A note in the place you already use may be all you need.
Try it on two evenings
Leave one next action before closing your work. When you return, notice whether you can begin without planning again. Keep it only if it helps.
